Wailing Catfish

This huge and greedy catfish was nicknamed Wailing for a reason. The low sounds emitted by this giant resemble underwater growling and can be heard hundreds of yards away from the Marron River. Its cries spreading through the jungle can scare not only fish and animals, but also people. And although it’s known for certain that some catfish can make loud sounds, no ichthyologists have ever heard such a roar. Rest assured, they would give a lot to get their hands on such a specimen!
